“Not too sure what’s happened! First let me say the I love shopping at F. Hinds and you’re sales assistants are very engaging and helpful. I ordered the F5401 ring size UO online but when it arrived it was too big for me so I brought it in to my local store and had my finger remeasured and we went for a size SO. On collection I tried the ring on in haste and since on trying it on at home have realised it is still far too big, I don’t understand how it could have gone so wrong. I feel to shy to go back into the store to have the ring itself measured and have thought of going to another jewellers to establish that it is indeed SO and not the original ring that I brought in mistakenly given back to me as the more I look at it seems like the UO size, I don’t think I can change it again but have kept the receipt, I think I was so hasty as it took some time for the ring to be sent away for replacement. I will include a photo below to illustrate the size of the aperture around my finger. Otherwise I have purchased a few pieces from you’re establishment and am always looked after in a friendly and professional manner and enjoy the pieces I have selected. Thank you for providing the comment box so I could send feedback, Mark Skelton , I’m rating the product itself as excellent as it’s not the product or the service it’s the size that I was upset with.”

“I've been searching for a reasonably priced simple silver band but most of them have been paper thin and a weird design. The ring I bought from Hinds was exactly what I wanted it is a good quality substantial ring at a very good price.”
