“Bought for a gift from a store. Bought 2 pairs, was shown one pair but not the bagged pair and when I returned home, one earring was slightly damaged (bent in the bag) and wouldn’t close so is useless. The store is the other side of the city and is a 2 and a half hour journey and 2 buses each way so not worth my returning to it to return as the store in the city centre is now closed. Shame as they are lovely little hoops and actually not bad for the cost.”

“All the staff were excellent! In challenging times for shops they reminded me the value of people. I was greeted politely and promptly, passed over to another excellent lady who met my needs and told me about more services. The whole store is a credit to your brand. Well done Banbury.”

“These silver ‘sleepers’ are comfortable and durable. I like the way they catch the light when I’m wearing them. They are very good value for the price. I’d like to add the customer service was excellent- I didn’t go in for these but the colleague was very helpful and offered more than one option to meet my needs. I will be back in a few months for some gold ones :)”

“The main thing was the absolute Luvly way your assistant (female) treated me. So nice . Here am I Not looking to spnd a lot, that didn’t matter to your assistant , she just wanted to make sure I got exactly wat I was looking for. Dnt know this lady’s name, I wil most certainly be bak to purchase several Xmas gifts, plus items for myself . Also the person in question was most concerned to know, that my silver earrings worked for me. They did thanks. I’d explained that I’d had problems with my ears and that Mayb it had to be solid silver, or gold so my ears didn’t get infected. Well yes the earrings that I was sold did indeed work. So has we decided if they worked, I would come bak and purchase Gold earrings, also my sisters will purchase more for, me for Xmas gifts. Unbelievable we are already spking of Xmas. Well done and thank you so much MS Lady has I dnt know your name. The purchase happ last B/holiday Monday , last one end of August. Hope you find this assistance manager wateva. Give her my thanks such an old school way of working, on such young shoulders. This was at a beautiful shopping centre in Cannock never been before. My Nephew Dr R W Smith took me, where had a Luvly couple of hrs. Wat a Luvly shop / assistant and Ofcourse shopping experience she made it .
