“Purchased this Eternity Ring at the Wellingborough branch. Service in store was good, a slight hiccup with regards to the correct size being delivered to the store. However spoke to a lady at their customer services dept. Who managed a very swift courier service for the day after the expected delivery day. My partner was very pleased with her ring!”

“Very pleased with our purchase of 9ct diamond half eternity ring the staff were most helpful as my wife was a bit concerned about the size luckily the shop had the next size up so was able to reassure my wife the ring she ordered was the correct size for her thank you for all your help should with need to buy any other jewellery will definitely use your shop again.”

“This is the THIRD item of jewelry I have purchased from F HINDS in the past year..The service in store at Chesterfield was second to none and the staff went to the utmost efforts to supply the best ring of my wifes choice. However the correct size ring was not in store, so one had to be ordered..I was amazed how quickly the ring arrived at my home address by special delivery for which I was not charged..With this kind of excellent service from F HINDS I would not shop elsewhere. “We bought an eternity ring and the correct size wasn’t available so it was ordered to arrive in about a week. From start to finish the team were excellent, full marks for their professionalism.
