I love my new ring,it's very pretty and was very reasonably priced,it was a present for my "special " birthday,I am so happy with it,the service was great too..the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased things from Hinds in the past and would not hesitate to do so again.

The ring was beautiful and the associates who sold it to me were professional and courteous this being an eternity ring was purchased for very emotional and personal reasons however after 10 days of owning the ring and having worn it a handful of times, when proudly showing it to a visiting family member they questioned why there was an empty hole where one of the diamonds should of been .I was a bit shocked that after such a minimal time of wearing the ring that this had happened but when purchasing I was given a 2 year guarantee which persuaded me to go ahead. However when taking it back to the shop for what I thought would of been a very straightforward apology and replacement,that this had happened I was confronted with an assistant who told me that there was huge scratching damage to the gold an implied that something untoward had occurred to the ring. I was firstly very shocked at this attitude after having said I have only had it for 10 days and worn it a handful of times but they persisted with this I kept showing him my hands an nails and said what do you think I have done I have manicured nails which he could see but to no effect it got to the point I got emotional as he said it will be sent away to the guarantee department and I will have to see what their response is.At this point I was so upset that I closed down I could not believe this attitude towards a customer. There was a lot of things said by the associate which at this point I will not discuss on here but suffice to say it was not what a customer should be a party to. I am now on day 8 with no response so in summing up the ring as I said was beautiful a good price an the sales person's on the day did a great job . But I have no ring and a terrible perception of this company because of the after sale care when the product goes wrong. I hope a decision maker for this company gets in touch with me as I am one very unhappy customer.
