“My partner and I visited the shop last sunday looking for an engagement ring and we received absolutely awesome service .We were made to feel relaxed ,were shown multiple rings to try ,and left with a beautiful diamond ring that my partner and I both love .Many thanks to the staff for their professional help in making our experience memorable”

“I didn't think the customer service was great the first women who I brought the ring from in the branch bristol galleries was really nice she was asking question about my purposal to my partner and couldn't do enough.when I picked up the ring though I was very disappointed with customer service the women who served me didn't even give me a ring box for the ring it was going to go in a small brown envelope and then I had to pay 10p for a bag after just spending nearly 400 pound on a ring which I thought was very cheeky and then they had a problem with there system which was taking ages I know that's not there fault but was kept in the dark about what was going on before I could take the ring”
