Purchased for wife as was told by my sister in law that your 55th anniversary was emerald so wife was really happy ,but thanks to my sister in law I am now poorer but wife satisfied.If she had told me the anniversary was just green I could have bought her a cabbage as I do like to treat her

A beautiful ring, I have been wishing for an emerald ring for a long time. When my husband saw this lovely crossover ring, he knew it was the one. It fits perfectly now that it has been resized. I am super pleased.

Very pleased with this ring. Traded in an emerald and diamond ring for this one because the stones were bigger than my old one which had no real sentimental value to me anyway. This new ring was a birthday present to myself and as a reward for a very difficult 12 months previous. So even though my life has not changed for the better this beautiful ring represents hope for me

The wrong size ring was sent, so it had to be returned. Then the correct size was received and we queried with the lady who measured my daughter's finger that it was still to big. She did not listen yet again. Do we left and after 2 days of the ring spinning round on my daughters finger. I phoned and explained everything. So we went back in to change it to a smaller size, which we had said on day one. Another lady served us and had absolutely no idea what she was doing she a actually went to enter 2 sizes bigger than the original ring. The lady I spoke to on the phone came out to help, as this assistant was typing everything in wrong. Eventually it was done. So after 16 days of buying the ring, we FINALLY got the correct ring and the original size, that we had said was my daughter's size! It took away the excitement of getting her the ring for passing the highest degree from University. A few weeks before I had bought a very expensive ring from your shop with no problem. I really think the customer should listened to and certainly better staff training is needed. Maybe not actually in front of the CUSTOMER!

Not happy at all. The ring was ordered in an M, my receipt said this, the envelope said this when we went to collect it after a week on Saturday. It was for my daughter getting a First with Honours at University. Not the shops fault but the ring was an N, to big for my daughter. More annoyed that we have how been told it won't be back for 10 days not 7. Surely it should be a Priority as it is the wrong size? All in all nearly 3 weeks for a ring that has been paid for and not the Customers fault that someone could obviously not read M..
