“Beautiful ring. The diamond expert (sorry,forgot her name) was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us a number of engagement rings. Have had so many comments about the ring.”

“Although the ring is excellent customer service was poor, purchased the ring within 3 days one diamond fell out, went back to shop who ordered a new ring, great would be in within 24 hours? 2 days later no contact, so rang the shop who said it was there and had left a voicemail, No voicemail or phone call was recieved, went to the shop but ring was not there, though had been dispatched within 24 hours, journey for no reason. Another 6 days went by before contact and finally got the ring, but not one person from customer services from Hinds rang with an explanation very poor for a supposedly friendly caring company!!!!”
