“If i could leave a zero i would. Had three rings that have become faulty, yes the first two were exhanged but the third damaged ring was the final straw. I requested the money i had already paid through klarna to be refunded due to the time it had taken to get replacement rings in, it was declinded. This ring does not stand up to a good quality. Diamonds have fallen out of it before and has now left a sharp edge on it. A £600 smart watch that is used everyday in a public service doesnt get damaged like this ring. The Engagement ring that was supposed to be special is no longer as special. It has also become discoloured. As compensation i was offered a discount on a new purchase, i declined as Ill never be using this poor quality store again.”

“The ring is fine. The price is not. I asked at purchase if black friday included the ring, informed u do not do black friday, but it was on my e mail your offer at time. Since my purchase i have been bombarded with discounts up to 50% on diamond white gold rings, not very happy.”
