“We had seen the ring online but wanted to see it in real life before committing to the purchase. Staff in F Hinds were very supportive. They measured my finger and then looked to see which store had the ring in my size. They took my details and called to confirm that it was at the MK branch. I didn't feel under any pressure to purchase. Luckily, once I tried it on, it was perfect and was actally a bigger setting than I was expecting, which was just what I wanted. So one purchase later, this ring joins my engagement and eternity rings, which are also a white gold ring with a blue topaz stone setting. Happy customer :-)”

“Excellent help and advice when purchasing a ring for my daughter's birthday .Although I judged the size incorrectly she was able to have the ring exchanged for a bigger size with no problem at all. The staff were really helpful. A pleasure to deal with this jewellers.”
