“Went into the shop with no knowledge at all about the ring I was looking for. I was greeted in a very friendly and nice manner and was guided to Dawn who was absolutely fantastic, her customer service was amazing and she didn't try to push myself into going for more expensive items. Her detail to knowledge was brilliant and she was more than happy to explain things to myself and develop my knowledge. Dawn and the team made this a great experience, I looked at other shops but none of these came close to the great service provided here! Thank you all so much!”

“This is my second ring as the diamonds fell out of the first one within 3 weeks of my partner proposing to me. I hadnt knocked it or anything like that but we took it back to F.Hinds in Telford and they sent it away to see if I caused the damage or if it was a manufacturing fault, it toons quite a while for them to make this decision 2-3 weeks but they did replace it for me and were very professional at handling the matter. This ring is very delicate and fragile but its also very beautiful.”
