“We saw this ring in the window and both liked it ,it Wes not the right size and we were told that one was available at head office and that it would be altered to the correct sizes do that it would be with the clacton store within two weeks, when it arrived it turned out to be different from the one on display in store ,when compared to the one we originally saw which was still on display you could clearly see that the band was thinner and the diamond centre was different , we refused to accept it and the assistant said she would send the original ring from the store away to be altered, we were both disappointed as this was a present to my wife for our anniversary, hopefully when the ring is returned to the store it will be the one we were expecting.”

“I was drawn to the ring following a flying visit with my girlfriend who had been hinting her desired type. Having been in town and not knowing the process I went into your store asking for advice! The staff were friendly knowledgable and weren't sales based”
