“It’s a gorgeous ring and my fiancé loved it when I proposed to them with it! However … the build quality leaves much to be desired. Over the past 12 months of having the ring, I’ve had to had it sent back to F. Hinds three times, twice for claws holding the sapphire stones falling out, and once for the band of the ring itself snapping in half. The staff could not have been more helpful or willing to get the issues fixed - but it’s just not the quality I expected for spending many hundreds of pounds on what should be a high-quality item. I can’t speak for the other rings on sale but this one sadly doesn’t seem to live up to the brand name or price tag.”

“This is a beautiful and unique ring, with an eye-catching sapphire trilogy centrepiece studded by miniature diamonds. I found it to be of excellent build quality, very similar to the description and photos online, and eye-catching without being too large in the hand. The service I received from the staff at my local F. Hinds store was punctual, personable and knowledgeable at every opportunity. I am very much looking forward to proposing to my partner with this gorgeous and slightly alternative ring.”

“My girlfriend was happy for the new replacement ring. I myself thort the first rings sapphires were far more prominent than the replacements. The sapphires on the replacement look far smaller than the first ring. The picture shown on here. Shows how prominent the sapphires should look.”
