“My first order of leggings and somewhat disappointed. I have ordered many tops and have always been very pleased with them. These leggings are very very high waisted so will need getting used to. They are true to size on the chart round the waist and hips but I am surprised how baggy they are around the calves. I do not have skinny legs but they do not touch my skin, I think I will have to take them in to make narrower so that the grip strip works. Also the side panels are of a less dense shiny fabric which is not clear in the photograph on the website....I would have preferred it to be all matt black and the same fabric type throughout.”

This sounds like a fit issue. The leggings shouldn't be baggy around the hem - if they are there's something wrong. I suspect that you should have gone down a size or maybe even two but it's hard to comment further without seeing the leggings on and knowing your waist, hips and height measurements.
