“was sold an item marked "universal" however was not compatible with all services as suggested. this was not stated in the items description. was offered an exchange however, as royal mail wont accept aerosols this was not a viable option as it would have cost more than the value of the item to return with a courier. customer service wasn't particularly polite either. however fast delivery and good prices, and a great range of products. will most likely shop here again, but will do more product research before purchase.”

Hi Joe, Yes, I hear you on this one, they sell Universal Primer & Aluminum Primer, you needed it for Aluminum but bought Universal as you thought it does what it says on the tin. It seems that Universal does not cover everything, and i will look at getting the dscription altered to take this into account

“I used it underneath " squirrel grey crackle" I didn't get the crackle affect, but primer gave good coverage. The only thing I noticed different from other sprays I've used is, it comes out in a V shape spray, needed few coats as just covers lightly.”

“Easier to apply than you would imagine, short interval between successive coats and three coats provided perfect coverage of even the dark green (avocado) surface I was treating.”
