“initially sent this feedback on 13th December 2020 but, don’t appear to have had a response. I’m delighted with the delivery service, informative and quick delivery. The order I placed is for my dads birthday mid January, ordered well in advance from past experience. Delighted with the exterior appearance of the product but, feel that a process has been missed with the interior, the interior lid doesn’t look anything like the quality shown on your website. I’ve attached photos of the product I received. Fortunately, I’m quite a craft/artist person who can sort this out but, not everyone can do this and it would be such a shame for customers to be disappointed on an product which is great other than the interior.”

“I was not disappointed with the box however I was with the Service, 2 minutes after I had processed the order I realised I had missed a letter from the personal message. My fault totally hold my hands up....... I immediately emailed the company literally within 2, minuted again 5 minutes later I asked to add the missed letter. I emailed more that 6 times over the next 2 days almost begging not to send out but no response anyway the box arrived wrong spelling and Farrar -Tanner never once contacted me .”
