“I ordered this and another item well in time for Christmas gifting, and it still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted these grifters a number of times (also well in advance to try to solve the problem in time), but they’ve not bothered to answer any of my messages. They’re too busy selling more of whatever to get the items to people who have already hanger over their money. Not quite sure how I can get my cash back, but this gift idea was well and truly ruined.”

Hi Daniela, I am really sorry to hear this. I cannot find any contacts from you at all using the information on your order (phone number and email address). Did you email customerservice@outdoor365.co.uk? Looking at your tracking, it seems this has gone missing. It was dispatched 15th, collected and received with Royal Mail on 16th but has not updated from there. I sincerely apologise for this.
