“Although you are paying top dollar for these steak knives, and they are a thing of beauty, they rattle around loose in their wooden box, with no protection and come with zero information about their luxury manufacturer. Mine arrived in battered, cheap packaging. It’s more market stall than luxury approach. Having complained and sent photos I am yet to get any response from an uninterested seller. But you still want my effort in writing feedback. Shame on you Farrar and Tanner.”

Hi Alison - apologies for the issues you had with both customer services and our despatch, its regrettable that you recieved in such a poor state. We have reviewed the boxing for this product and it will now ship with a moulding to hold the knives in place.
