“Unfortunately, one of the goblets were sent with the wrong date etched: 2060 instead of 2026. I sent a copy of the delivery note which shows the wrong date noted on Glass 2, but have not heard back from this company. It is impossible to make that mistake when ordering, as the numbers '60' are nowhere near the numbers '26' when typed in order, so this must have been an in-house error at Farrar and Tanner. I have checked in at their website and it shows I have made no orders, and yet they are sending me marketing emails and responded initially to a query! It does not inspire confidence in their company”

As explained in that response your engraving was done as entered by you, with 2060 being entered and confirmed when placing the order. “I brought these goblet for my sisters ruby anniversary they were packed beautiful i never got to see them as I had them gift wrapped but my sister said they were stunning and was very happy with her gift .the delivery was very quick so if I could give 10 I would and I will definitely be buying from this company again.”

“I made initial contact as I needed these glasses engraved. Was assured by staff they would arrive on time. I received emails each stage of the process which was also reassuring. The glasses arrived extremely well presented and the finished article was delightful. A very happy couple received their gift and I would definately order again”
