“Good afternoon - I have delayed my review until now with the reason being as follows. I discovered the Farrah & Tanner site and saw three knives I was interested in and bought one to see what it was like. This was the Samura Damascus 67 7" Santoku Knife (SD67-0094), which to be honest , I was pleased with, and then I purchased the Samura Damascus 67 8.2" Chef's Knife (SD67 0085M)and being pleased bought the Samura Kaiju 7" Santoku Knife (SKJ 0095) . The quality, the balance and use of the knives I have purchased is just superb.They keep a keen edge even after some continuous use, and so easy to put an edge back on. I am no chef to be fair, just like to have good kit to do a job and these have surpassed my expectations. The price is good the quality is superb, the service is superb and to say Im happy with these three is an understatement. Trust me - I will be back for some more - soon... Thanks guys keep up the good work..”
