“I've wanted a decent chef's knife for a while, but needed a handle to cope with my large, arthritic hands/fingers. This knife looked and sounded just right and it has proven to be perfect. Comfortable to hold, well balanced and razor sharp - thought my other knives were sharp but they're blunt in comparison.
