“I've wanted a decent chef's knife for a while, but needed a handle to cope with my large, arthritic hands/fingers. This knife looked and sounded just right and it has proven to be perfect. Comfortable to hold, well balanced and razor sharp - thought my other knives were sharp but they're blunt in comparison. Not only has it turned out to be the perfect knife, the discounted price and service makes it an all round top buy, Thank you.”
