“I've never had a decent set of kitchen knives before but it was certainly worth paying the extra for this set of Sebatier. They arrived razor sharp and the integral ceramic sharpeners make sure they will stay that way. Just an extra swipe or two if a perfect edge is required. I've found that the knives are beautifully balanced and comfortable to use. The largest knife, without being too heavy, glides through a big block of cheese or a large spud with very little effort. The knives are quite plain and business like to look at which I don't mind and the wooden block is really beautiful. All in all this set enhances our new kitchen a treat.”
