“The product itself is great, the razor is light weight with a smooth handle making shaving very easy. The badger hair bush looks to be well made, the hair hasn't started to fall out as has happened with cheaper brushes. The nickle stand looks great and is very practical, keeping the shaving set tidy and clean. However the Farrar and Tanner service was poor, initially the wrong model of shaving set was sent out. I was able to return this but had to wait until they had received the returned item before the correct item was dispatched. When I did receive the correct model it was in the ivory finish rather the ebony which I had ordered. I didn't want to have to wait another week for the correct item to be posted so I just kept the ivory set.”
