“It looks absolutely beautiful on picture booked once I received it it was very very disappointed, so returned on June 18 the following day which I have to pay extra £8.99 for postage back I have informed The immediately unfortunately after a few cut phone calls to request refund finally on the 2nd of July I've got notification all I want to know why does it take so long to process? I'm sorry but I find it very very disappointing in All and I have a lot I'm in loss £8.99 so can you explain that for me please?⁉️ Holy All in all I'm very disappointed of customer service.”

Good morning, I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the product. We have a free returns service on our website so I'm sorry you missed that; we never expect anyone to pay to return a product they're unhappy with. Your refund was issued on 26th June at 2:48pm, 8 days after your return was sent as you explained. The return took a little longer as you did not use our free returns service, so we had to ask the returns department to manually find the return for us as we did not have any tracking information for it. “I would have given 5 * but very disappointed with the engraving, it is black on black and you would not even know it was there, very poor”

“This set was a gift for my brother, his previous set got chewed up by his two new puppies. His wife told me he needed a new one. Not knowing anything about leather travel backgammon sets I did some googling and this set looked the best out there - the deciding factor for me was the quality of the chequers, made of solid wood and more substantial than the other, small, plastic looking ones on other sites. An added bonus was being able to personalise the set. Website was easy to use and gift was despatched next day and arrived the day after. My brother loved the set and agreed that the chequers were much nicer than his last set. Very pleased all round.”
