“Terrible service ordered and paid for item that should have been posted next working day had an email from Royal Mail 5 days later saying they are still waiting for the item to be sent to them from Farrar Tanner so called Farrar who said item was sent and it has been lost then surprise surprise item is no longer in stock and tried to offer me something else! The item I ordered was a birthday gift for a close friend and even had it engraved with their name on it. This ruined my attempt to surprise a good friend with a gift they would have enjoyed on their birthday. Very unprofessional indeed!”
