“Bought these as a 7 year anniversary present for my husband. They came very quickly, and beautifully packaged. The tumblers themselves look very nice - a great weight to them, simple engraving, and great copper bases. One of the bases had come loose in the shipping, but customer service was super quick to respond when I wrote to them about it, and offered to replace BOTH tumblers (so that the engraving remained consistent) and shipped the replacements immediately. I was very grateful for this!”
