“Lovely glass, beautifully personalised and with a smooth copper finish to the base. There was a problem with the first one that I received, which had some damage, but I sent some photos and a new one was prepared and sent out the very next day. Really excellent customer service! Thank you.”

“Order was dispatched promptly and delivered within the carrier timeframe. The tumbler is a gift, but the recipient has had one before. It is packed in a lovely bag and gift box. Very pleased with the order.”
