“Husband extremely happy with his Poker set. Good quality wooden box, nice weight of chips and the whole set is of a high standard. Slight adjustment of one of the catches needed but easily fixed. Makes a great gift would highly recommend.”

“I bought a poker set with personalised engraving. The hand made wooden case was in bits. Engraving scratched to. At £135 I feel the quality is poor and embarrassing for Farrar & Tanner.”

Hi Gareth, Sorry to hear that the product arrived in damaged condition. We have extended our returns to 6 months given the situation with Covid 19. You are welcome to return for a full refund.
