“I have paid for personal name of Karen it is not on paperweight. The item was not opened until this morning 28.9.25. As it is Karen's 65th Birthday. Do I have it returned before you fulfil my request. If you cannot do this I request a refund of full amount paid. Thank you.”

“A beautifully crafted paperweight, as you would expect from Caithness. Bought for my wife to celebrate our Golden Wedding. My only issue is that it can only be engraved with 10 characters, just enough for the date of our anniversary, would have been to have a little more.”
