“Bag was so stiff and expensive for what it was. Returned it over a month ago (had to pay shipping) and still have t received my refund. Sent an email to customer service a week ago and no response. Next step is reporting to BBB. Over $200 is owed to me. Not to mention that when I received the bag, there was a price tag on it which was $100 less than what I paid for it. Very unsatisfied with the lack of customer service.”

Dear Kerri, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. As agreed, we offered either a replacement or a refund for the bag. Returns from outside of the UK do carry a return fee, which is clearly outlined on our returns page. At this time, we have not received the bag back and there is no return request logged on our platform. Could you please email us at customerservice@outdoor365.co.uk with your proof of postage or tracking number so we can investigate this further and resolve the matter for you? “This is a brilliant bag. It came beautifully wrapped, looked exactly as it did on the website and holds all that I need. Farrar and Tanner were easy to deal with and the bag arrived earlier than expected. All in all a good experience.”
