“The knife itself , bought online as a gift, is fine. The flawed ordering system took me at least 2 hours as I explained by email. The employee who eventually helped me by telephone was excellent. The response to my comments was negligible and completely put me off ordering again.”

“I needed a knife for those little gardening jobs that usually end up sending me hunting for pruners or, worse still, raiding the kitchen drawer or toolbox. The price was good compared to many options I looked at, and it was delivered in just a couple of days. The knife has found a place in my pocket and has been used most days since I got it.”
