“The quality of this bag was very good and the engraving was very clear. However it wasn't quite what my wife wanted as it was quite chunky. I contacted farrrer &Tanner and they were very supportive it assisting me to return the item for an exchange or store credit. This was because the item had been engraved. I would have no hesitation it recommending this company given the quality and professional approach of their staff in handling my situation. The returns were free postage which was another plus. Well done Farrar and Tanner.”
