“Wallet arrived with a blue speck of something on it, looked like paint. Unsure how this was missed, so I immediately contacted their customer service and got a returns label to send it back. Stressed to them how this was a Christmas gift so please thoroughly inspect the replacement. Replacment arrived, turned the wallet over and there was another blue speck on there. I was really disappointed. Contacted customer service again and just got my money back, returned the wallet and bought it elsewhere. Can't fault their customer service, but I'm shocked this 'mark' was missed twice. They clearly don't inspect their products.”

Hi Saffy, I’m very sorry to hear about the issues. It sounds like we might have a batch issue from the supplier. I have flagged this with the relevant department so they can look into this right away and resolve it. The wallets are meant to be quality checked by our supplier, so we do not quality check them on dispatch to ensure a quick turnaround, but as it sounds like a batch issue it definitely requires a quality check on our end, too.
