Came broken in the box. Was a gift and don’t have enough time to return as they needed me to send this one back before they would issue a replacement being shipped. Was offered 10% discount which didn’t even cover the cost of the wood glue I needed to fix it myself. Latches were very sloppy too, all at an angle and wouldn’t close. Feels a lot more sloppy than the premium product being advertised and customer service wasn’t apologetic enough in my opinion and I’m still out of pocket fixing it myself or would have had to go without a gift on my mother’s birthday. Very disappointed. Wasn’t going to review but I keep getting emails for my feedback, so here it is.

Hi Jake, Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that your set arrived damaged, especially as it was intended to be a gift. We’re also sorry you are unhappy with the level of service provided. I can see the agents you spoke to were extremely apologetic in their responses and made multiple attempts to find a solution for you. As the timing didn’t work for you, you requested a partial refund instead of a replacement, which we agreed to and processed. Had you preferred a replacement, we would have done our best to arrange this for you as quickly as possible.

The product still hasn’t arrived and was bought as a Christmas present. Had no correspondence since my last email about 2 weeks ago and still waiting to find out where my product is!

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and for the lack of timely communication regarding your order. As per our earlier correspondence, standard delivery typically takes up to 10 working days. At the time of your initial inquiry, your parcel was still within the expected timeframe, so we were unable to contact the courier immediately. However, as promised, we followed up with the courier on January 4th once the timeframe had passed. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between our team members, and we failed to update you promptly. This was an error on our part, and we deeply regret the oversight. After receiving your follow-up email, we confirmed that the parcel was considered missing. To resolve the issue, we arranged for a replacement to be dispatched with express delivery.
