“Hip Flask was great, just a shame their delivery service isn't as good. Was ordered on a 5-10 day delivery, on day 9 it was still not tracking so I followed uk to check if it had been sent. I was fobbed off and told Royal mail were striking so was down to that. That afternoon when I checked the tracking again, it was finally with royal mail. I received the item 2 days later.”

“This was a replacement flask as I had an issue with a previous engraving. The customer care has been second to none. I was sent the replacement immediately and was supplied with a pre-paid returns label. I didn’t have any issues with the quality of the flask at all. Looks really smart and expensive. Thank you for a very prompt service which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!”
