Good afternoon, I can see you returned the bag you bought because it was too small for your needs. The dimensions are on the website and you returned the item and received your refund within 1 week. We would be grateful if you could rectify your 1 star review as we feel it is an unfair reflection on the service provided, and is also not a fair reflection on the product as all dimensions are specified.
