“The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered a drinks set before Christmas, still waiting to have it delivered, tried to contact them on five separate occasions and so far I have not had one reply. Lets see if posting this gets me a reply from the company?? My next step is to hand the issue over to a solicitor and see if they respond any quicker. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM !!!!!”

Good morning. We contacted you on several occasions to inform you the item you purchased was unfortunately out of stock. We never heard back from you, so instead of holding onto your money we cancelled and refunded the order on 22nd December at 14:43:34. Your last email was sent 2 days ago which is the only one we have not yet responded to as we currently have hundreds of emails in our inbox. We are an extremely small team still catching up from the Christmas break. I am very sorry for the inconvenience of the item being out of stock, which is totally our error, we decided the best course of action would be to cancel and refund to avoid you being out of pocket. I'm sorry if you feel that was not the correct solution but we did what we thought was best for you. “We purchased this for a gift for my best man on our wedding day. The product came extremely quickly, was wrapped to ensure it was well protected in transit. I must say it is a delightful little gift, wouldn't mind one myself. The best man was thrilled. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Farrar & Tanner in the future.”
