“There was some natural knots in the wood which spoiled the Stags head motif I am disappointed as I don't think it should have got past quality control They could have printed it on the back of the slab and it would have been so much better Thats AI for you!”

Hi Mark, I'm so sorry to hear of the disappointment in the wood. As a natural product there's always a chance of knots and different markings within the wood, which is what we think makes it unique. They are all handmade in Fife, there's no AI involved in any of the manufacturing, nor on our end. You're more than welcome to return it for a replacement and we can check all of the ones we have to give you the smoothest option?
