“I received a different design to the ones advertised. Your marketing dept. are not up to date with the products you are selling. I have since returned them and the money is being refunded.”

Hi there, I am so sorry for the trouble. Sometimes manufacturers change the design without telling us, and unfortunately this was one of those occasions where we did not notice the change in design.
