“There was an issue with the pen and I had to return it to the showroom. I found that, when I tried to insert a refill, the refill jammed in the barrel and it was difficult to move it. The showroom staff kindly obtained an identical pen from the store and the same thing happened so there may be a design fault in this pen, as refills have to be inserted with great care to avoid the jamming. I decided to keep the pen, as it has the weight and ink flow that I was seeking, but the refill jamming issue may warrrant reporting to the manufacturer.”
