“The hand trowel is lovely. I bought it for my 8 year old granddaughter's birthday. I requested to have it personalised with ”Ellie's trowel ”. However, it did not allow me to add the apostrophe unfortunately. However, I used my husband's soldering kit to put in my own apostrophe. So a couple of suggestions...firstly is it possible to have the option of an apostrophe? Also, it arrived wrapped in cardboard packaging material. I bought a fork and trowel set, so it would have been nice to have them in a gift box, as you are a gift company...just a thought.”
