I bought the trowel as a birthday present for my sister. It's lovely, but I was quite disappointed with the engraving on the wooden handle, as it didn't really stand out clearly. She didn't notice it at all, in fact, I had to take a good look to find it when I took delivery of it. I ordered a dibber a few weeks previously and the engraving on that was a lot better, it was very visible.
