“This is a very attractive and sturdy looking set of tools, bought as a gift. When I received the first set I noticed a few scratch marks on the back of the trowel and contacted customer services. They were brilliant and asked for it to be returned for inspection, then replaced the set very quickly, assuring me that they expect this product to be of good quality.
