“It's a great fork, solid and well-designed, and I love it. However, when it arrived today, despite the fact it was wrapped in packing material it nonetheless had a scrape on the wooden handle. I'm disappointed by that. The packing sheet within the box had a "checked" and "packed" section for your staff to initial before sending ... so how could this have gotten past them? The box was loosely but well packed, so highly doubtful a scrape of this sort could have happened in transit. Also, the secateurs I received have staining of some sort on the handles. Is this just variations in the wood? See pics of both. I know there's not much you can do, seeing as I am in Canada and you only do returns in the UK but I'm letting you know anyway ... so that the checking and packing people can be on the look-out for these sorts of things before they approve them for shipping. Thank you for your time.”

“Bought as a present. The recipient was delighted. The fork is well made and very attractive. The addition of the name of the recipient on the handle is a real plus. The fork is good value for money.”
