“Ordered a pair of gloves and paid for a faster delivery, which never arrived. Which was annoying and the Royal Mail tracker showed that the package had been delivered. So not Farrar & Tanners fault. I raised the fact that I had nor received the gloves and a new pair were posted to me by recorded mail. My wife is very pleased with the gloves. And you can not fault their customer service.”
