“Recently bought a brown leather hunters flask . The quality was poor , the cups have very sharp edges . And your advice is , to keep liquid in the flask For only 3 days !!! Very disappointed”

Dear Annelies, this is most unusual - our review for this flask are very good, the cups are usually finished to a high standard. I would be happy to exchange this for you as I feel that this might be a one off fault. With regard to keeping liquid in the flask, stainless steel flasks are not intended for long-term alcohol storage. There are no serious health risks associated with drinking liquor that has been stored in a flask for a long period of time. However, the longer the liquor remains in the flask, the more likely you may notice a slight metallic tang. For maximum freshness, finish off or change out the contents of your flask within a few days, or a week at the most. If you’re interested in storing alcohol in a flask for a longer period of time, consider using a non metal flask instead. However, the main advantage to stainless steel flasks is that they are light, tough, and portable. Ideally, you should use your flask to store and transport alcohol that you are planning to finish off in a single day. Kind regards, Jude

“I love the color of the leather an how snug it fits on flask . I so love the shot glasses attached to it so you will always have on hand . I love the size cuz it’s big enough to fit in a bag or small enough to hid in bag . I will be more in future as gifts for friends .”
