“This tankard was a gift to my son on reaching his fiftieth birthday. I was impressed by the design of the tankard and its very swift delivery after the addition of an inscription. My son was delighted with it, and thought how appropriate a gift it was, seeing that the main constituent of pewter is tin and tin is the chemical element in the Periodic Table with an atomic number of 50! As far as I am aware he is using it regularly!”
