“Farrar and Tanner really excelled themselves to ensure we got the engraved glass bottom tankards in time for the birthday celebration which took place in Naples, Italy. We were in contact with Jamie and he handled the whole problem we were having the the Post Office delays. His efforts went way beyond the normal expectations of service. It was such a special present for Pepe's 80th birthday and he thanks you too Jamie. We will definitely be buying from you again.”
