“I bought this lovely bag but on opening it, I have realised that it is too large for onboard flights, and I am age 83 so the bag has to be a bit smaller in size. I need to return the bag for a smaller bag and hope to exchange this beautiful leather bag for a similar bag but slightly smaller in size, perhaps 48cm x 30cm x 26cm. Thank you”
