“This is a gift for my grandson on his 21st birthday. He requested gifts from something we had done together and as we had visited the factory it fitted the bill! The tankard is a good size and weight and it was lovely to have his name engraved. Service was great from ordering online to delivering. It was very well packaged so arrived safely.”
