“I have not received the item. After chasing UPS for weeks - they attempted to deliver the item on a day I did not specify and then now cannot find my address. I have called almost every day and asked for an update, I have given clear instructions about where to find the property and been promised a delivery almost every day without anyone turning up. Really dissatisfied - have tried calling you for a refund but no one answered the phone. I would like a refund asap as the item was a Xmas gift. Many thanks.”

We did have a lot of additional calls and emails over the Christmas period - if you've since not been in touch, please do reply to your confirmation email and I'll arrange your refund. It was a very frustrating time and I'm sorry that the delivery company did not deliver. It's not good enough and we have contingency in place for problems like this but I suspect we simply ran out of time to fix this before Christmas. It's not our normal service but we were up against it with all delivery companies pulling back their services due to overload.

“This was bought as a Christmas present for our son inlaw ,it arrived nicely rapped when opening it ,it looked well made and sturdy stool we will definitely buying from ferrari and Tanner again. Ps son inlaw well impressed Thanks”
